We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:

Non-defective product

Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will cancel your order as your request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping (including the original shipping, handling and return postage), and 25% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product or contact our customer service department for a RMA.
Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product. A RMA number from us is necessary and 25% restocking fee will be charged.
We try our best to make you get desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our shipping error, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after receiving the return products.

Defective product

All our products have full 1 year warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned within 1 year from the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return them directly to us without getting a RMA number. It may make us difficult to find your transaction record so as to delay exchange or refund process.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise no replacement or refund will be made.
If the products are over the warranty period or misused, it will be void to get a replacement or refund.
The original shipping, handling and return postage will not be refunded.
It is not acceptable to bring the defective item for exchange in person.

Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Procedures

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please e-mail us in service@e-laptop-battery.com to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).
Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
